    With my 828s I ended up with an 8" concrete tube cut at a 6" length. it seemed to work out ok when I was using an 846b Xover. it had a very strong 35-40 HZ. but then I now run a triamp setup with the Xover point at 85 Hz, so the 828 isn't playing below that. I would guess it not really doing a whole lot at this point.

    Not really, might want to try stuffing/blocking it off to see if there's any improvement in SQ.
